~*~ English Version ~*
~Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That sav'd a wretch like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.
......................................................................
T'was grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears reliev'd;
How precious did that grace appear,
The hour I first believ'd!
......................................................................
Thro' many dangers, toils and snares,
I have already come;
'Tis grace has brought me safe thus far,
And grace will lead me home.
....................................................................
The Lord has promis'd good to me,
His word my hope secures;
He will my shield and portion be,
As long as life endures.
.....................................................................
Yes, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
And mortal life shall cease;
I shall possess, within the veil,
A life of joy and peace.
..................................................................
The earth shall soon dissolve like snow,
The sun forbear to shine;
But God, who call'd me here below,
Will be forever mine.

Praying For A Better World For All!!

That was very nice Mike. Peaceful. I prefer this version.
I wish my speakers were working! I disconnected them a while back and now they won't work again no matter what I do. I would imagine the Cherokee version of "Amazing Grace" is beautiful. We once had a visitor from one of our Korean churches sing it in Korean during a church service and it was beautiful, too. That's one song I think translates in a 'universal' language all its own.
I don't think I ever told you that I might have a thimble-full of Algonquin in me, have I? And I do mean a thimble, ha!
Mike, this is very beautiful...I know you are sometimes torn between your white world and your red world...But here on your blog you have managed to balance them both perfectly...I really like it when you share this side of you...Thank you
Beautiful, Mike. Very uplifting and relaxing all at once. I even took the time to copy down some of the prayers in the video.
Thanks!
Beautiful Mike! I used to haver one of those dream catchers hanging in my living room. I wonder where it went?
Nice music and some beautiful imagery, Mike. Everybody loves dreamcatchers, and there were some very pretty ones there.
Thanks.
Beautiful photo at the bottom of the post Mike. I will have to post a photo of the 6,000 piece puzzle my husband is trying get working on. He has a 3,000 piece train puzzle he is trying to finish first.
thanks for sharing mike, i really enjoyed!
One of my all time favorite songs Mike. Love this version. Thanks for posting it!
